Our puzzle questions guide students through the entire exhibition. In small groups, they explore the exhibits, answer questions, and discuss them together—right in front of real samurai helmets, swords, and armor. Interactive stations like the Yokai Game, an ink calligraphy station, and digital experiences make the visit varied and engaging.

When they enter the museum, Kitsune—the fox from Japanese mythology—is already waiting for the school class. He is the first stop, and for children in particular, this is the moment when they realize: something here is different. An engaging character who welcomes them and guides them through the museum. We recommend grades 3–5. Younger students are welcome to participate, but they will need closer supervision and preparation. The riddles from Kitsune the Fox are designed for students with reading skills. Our tip: It’s helpful to prepare well on the topic beforehand.
How large can the class be?
The entire school class can participate; there is no limit on class size.

Realistically, 90–120 minutes, depending on your class’s pace. We recommend allowing for a 30-minute buffer—most students spend more time at the stations than you might expect.
